Sub-processors
The current list of sub-processors authorised to handle personal data on behalf of Zantras, the data category each accesses, and the region in which it operates.
1.Overview#
Zantras engages sub-processors to deliver specific functions within the Platform. Each sub-processor is bound by a written contract that imposes data-protection obligations no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement.
We give Customers 30 days' prior notice of any addition or replacement of a sub-processor. Notice is given by email to the billing contact on record and by an updated entry in the table below.

3.Other tools that do not access personal data#
The following providers support our operations but do not access personal data of Data Principals:
- GitHub — source-code hosting (no PII committed to repositories).
- Sentry — error monitoring (PII scrubbed at the SDK level before transmission).
- Slack — internal team communication (no Customer or Data Principal data shared).
4.Right to object#
On receiving a sub-processor notice, a Customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within 15 days. Zantras will work in good faith to address the concern; if a resolution cannot be reached, the Customer may terminate the affected service in accordance with the Terms of Service §10.
5.Notice updates#
Customers can subscribe to sub-processor updates by emailing legal-updates@zantras.com with the subject "Subscribe: Sub-processor updates" from the billing contact address on record.
