Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not do with the Zantras Platform — prohibited industries, prohibited use-cases, technical-abuse boundaries, and the limits of Aadhaar document processing.
1.Overview#
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Zantras Platform and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination, with or without prior notice.

- Verify Aadhaar information of any individual without first having obtained that individual's informed consent under Section 3 of the Aadhaar Act, 2016.

5.Content restrictions#
You may not upload to the Platform, in any form, any content that:
- Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any such content is reported immediately to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and to law enforcement;
- Depicts gratuitous violence or sexual content unrelated to a legitimate identity-verification use case;
- Promotes terrorism, organised crime, or the financing thereof;
